On select days, Scouts from Troop 41 will post the USA flag in your yard in the morning and retrieve it in the evening.

Our Scout USA Flag Posting subscription service is available in select Kaneland School District areas of Sugar Grove, Montgomery and Aurora where our Troop 41 Scout families reside. Currently, the Scouts service Black Walnut Trails, Bliss Woods, Blackberry Rd - Montgomery, Carriage Hill, Chelsea Point, Dugan Woods Foxmoor, Hannaford Farms, Lakes of Bliss Woods, Lindens, Mallard Point, Meadowridge, Prairie Glen, Prestbury, Rolling Oaks, Settler's Ridge, Strafford Woods, Sugar Grove West - John Shields School Area, Walnut Woods, Waterford Place, Windsor, Windsor West, and Windstone.

A 2’ x 3’ USA flag is posted in the front yard about 5 feet behind the sidewalk and within 5-10 feet of the edge of the driveway towards the house.

The flag is posted in the morning and retrieved in the evening before sundown.

Our service is by calendar year, so annual subscriptions end upon retrieval on Labor Day regardless of when you may have signed up.
